Eye Care Clinic

The Eye Care Clinic is a vital function of the agency’s commitment to quality vision care for low income and working poor individuals and families. The services provided here by an associate optometrist and a state-certified staff optician include eye examinations, corrective eye glasses and contact lenses, and eye glass repairs.

The Eye Care Clinic is the only clinic in the Lehigh Valley which provides free and low cost vision services for adults and children who qualify for managed health care plans through Northampton County’s Public Assistance Office. The Eye Care Clinic also provides essential eye care services for managed care insurance plans including Gateway, AmeriHealth Mercy and Davis Vision. In addition, financially-eligible customers may also receive free eye glasses and eye examinations. Please call 610-866-8049, x. 237 in Northampton County if you have a question about the coverage you have and to determine if you qualify for services.

In January, 2009, we opened our new Eye Care Clinic in the Monroe County Branch office.  For more information, call 570-992-7787 in Monroe County.
