Who we are and What we do

Visual Impairment & Blindness Services (VIABL Services) believes that individuals affected by vision loss should not have to choose between curtailing activities they once enjoyed and retaining their independence.

This non-profit agency, a member of the Pennsylvania Association for the Blind, assists the residents of Northampton and Monroe Counties in eastern Pennsylvania who are blind or visually impaired to lead well-adjusted, rewarding and productive lives by providing services and programs designed to prevent, prepare for, and manage vision loss.
